The 4>2>1 system is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a silencer in titanium and an end cap in carbon fiber. Finishes are refined down to the smallest detail, and the kit includes a removable dB-killer, suitable for both road and track use.
This complete system delivers a deep and aggressive sound, enhancing the sporty spirit of the Z900. It is available in a racing version and in an Euro 5 homologated version.
The Zard kit improves the bike’s agility and responsiveness, reducing overall weight by −7.4 kg (16.3 lbs) in the racing version (3.9 kg / 8.6 lbs vs. 11.3 kg / 24.9 lbs stock), and by −7.2 kg (15.9 lbs) in the homologated version (4.1 kg / 9.0 lbs vs. 11.3 kg / 24.9 lbs), ensuring enhanced performance and control. Installation is simple and plug‑&‑play, with no ECU remapping required.
